====== Tea Yoga ======
Tea Yoga, as the name suggested, consists of both tea and yoga. But that is far from being sufficient as Tea Yoga. Tea Yoga, from a certain point of view, is a way of xxxx, i.e. practicing both your heart and body, achieving both inner peace and physical health. Tea Yoga has deep roots in the xxx in Buddhism and Taoism, which involves a lot of meditation, soothing the inner harmony.

Starting from the physical part can help to make it easily appreciable.
===== Equipment of Tea Yoga =====
* A ceramic or china bowl, large enough to fit the practitioner's face in. A bowl with 25-cm diameter would be suitable for most people.
* A large towel, a bath towel would be suitable for this purpose.
* Some Tea, according to practitioner's preference.
===== Procedure of Tea Yoga =====
==== Steaming your face ====
Regardless of the kind of skin you have, whether sensitive, dry, oily or combination, regular cleansing and steaming the face will help remove more impurities effectively. Spas have long offered facial treatments that include steaming the face to open the skin pores so that blemishes can be cleared. After steaming the face, moisturizing the skin will allow the skin to remain hydrated and protected properly.

* Begin by cleansing the skin with a non-abrasive soap such as glycerin or a gentle chamomile soap that contains no fragrances that can irritate the skin.
* Boil the water and add the lemon slices in a large bowl. Place the bowl on a flat surface such as a counter top or table.
* Drape a large towel around your head to trap the steam that will rise from the boiling water. Stand carefully over the bowl of hot water, while draping the towel around your head. Steam will rise to the face.
* Keep your eyes and mouth closed. If you choose to add other essential oils or other herbs to the hot water, they can release into the air and may be irritating to the eyes.
* Steam sensitive skin for no more than 10 to 15 minutes. Adding lavender, ylang ylang or Roman chamomile is appropriate for sensitive skin.
* Steam dry skin for up to 15 to 20 minutes as tolerated but not much longer than that. Adding lavender, Clary sage or rose essential oils are appropriate for dry skin.
* Steam oily skin for 15 to 20 minutes also but not to the point of discomfort. Adding lavender, tea tree oil and lemon essential oils are appropriate for oily skin.
* Steam combination skin that is partly dry and partly oily or perhaps somewhat sensitive, for no more than 15 minutes. Again, gauge according to your sensitivity. Adding lavender, tea tree, rose geranium or Clary sage is appropriate for combination skin.
* Dry your face with a towel after steaming. If you have blemishes this is the time to use sterilized tools that are designed to extract them. Do not use your hands as they may infect the blemish. Moisturize your skin according to its type and apply sunscreen to protect it.


The above are the superficial bit, which can easily be observed bit of Tea Yoga. The essence of Tea Yoga is the appreciation and medication upon this, the spiritual aspect.
