====== Tea Yoga ======
Tea Yoga, as its name suggests, involves both tea and yoga. But simple combination of those is far from being sufficient as Tea Yoga.Tea Yoga has deep roots in the philosophies and practices in Buddhism and Taoism, and involves a lot of concentration, meditation and physical practice. Technically, Tea Yoga starts from tea facial steaming, with yoga afterwards and meditation penetrating through all. It is a way of practice and cultivation for the heart and body, achieving both mental peace and physical health.
===== Equipment of Tea Yoga =====
* A ceramic or china bowl, large enough to fit the practitioner's face in.
* A bowl of 25-cm diameter would be suitable for most people.
* A large towel, a bath towel would be suitable for this purpose.
* Some tea (such as oolong or black tea), according to the practitioner's preference.

===== Procedure of Tea Yoga =====
==== Steaming your face with hot tea ====
Regardless of the kind of skin you have, regular cleansing and steaming the face will help remove more impurities effectively. Steaming the face help to open the skin pores so that blemishes can be cleared.
=== Instructions ===
* Begin by cleansing the skin with a non-abrasive soap such as glycerin or a gentle chamomile soap that contains no fragrances that can irritate the skin.
* Boil the water and make tea in the large bowl. Place the bowl on a flat surface such as a table.
* Drape the large towel around your head to trap the steam that rises from the boiling water. Adjust the distance between the face and the water surface at your convenience. Steam will rise to the face.
* Keep your eyes and mouth closed.
* Steam skin for up to 15 to 20 minutes.
* While steaming the face, focus on your breath and meditate.
* Dry your face with a towel after steaming.

==== Practice Yoga ====
This bit I have no idea.

The above are the superficial part of Tea Yoga, which can easily be observed. The essence of Tea Yoga is however the appreciation and deep thought upon this, which is the spiritual part.
